Fall semester is here and we would like to welcome back the Emory community returning to campus. The Environmental Health and Safety Office (EHSO) is here to work with you to help keep Emory safe.
With the new school year ahead of us, be sure to review the following resources:
- Emory Forward website – provides current COVID-19 information for the Emory community including the COVID-19 Visitor Policy.
- EHSO Research Safety Building Liaisons – see who the EHSO Research Safety contact is for your building.
- Accident or incident response – review what to do in the event of an exposure.
- Register a volunteer participating in research activities.
- BioRAFT – is your training, biological registration, radiation safety registration, and Chemicals in Animals forms up to date? See step-by-step how to check these items.
- Complete your Lab Self-Inspection Form for 2021.
- Check your chemical inventory and satellite waste accumulation area. You can request hazardous waste pick-up on our website at www.ehso.emory.edu by clicking the Waste Collection tile.
