On September 16th a Clinical Informationist from the Woodruff Health Sciences Center Library, along with a Clinical Librarian from Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta attended the 2016 Evidence-Based Practice ToolKit for Bedside Nurses Conference at Kennesaw State University.

The representatives from WHSCL and CHOA presented a table of library and research information, shared research tips and advice to nurses, and discussed future projects with nurses in their respective systems. Giveaways and a book raffle were available to all. The conference, co-sponsored by Emory Healthcare and other metro Atlanta systems and nursing schools, focuses on nursing research, quality improvement and embracing evidence-based practice.
