A Reflection of HIV in Atlanta Women

 

This Thursday, April 4th 2019 from 6 pm-8 pm, please join the Emory Libraries in learning more about how HIV impacts women in Atlanta; the event will take place in the Rita Anne Collins Room in the Grace Crum Rollins Building: 1518 Clifton Road, NE, Atlanta, GA  30322.

The keynote speaker, Damaris Henderson, is the Outreach Coordinator for SisterLove, INC. a reproductive justice organization. Damaris will share her insight into this topic and help to lead a discussion towards the end of the event.

This event is being sponsored by the Community Catalyst grant awarded to the Rose Library from the Institute of Museums and Libraries, for a project entitled “Revisiting R.A.C.E.: Leveraging archival resources for the purpose of Reducing AIDS through Community Education.”
