This month’s Canvas Release features updates in the New Quizzes tool. These updates arrive Saturday, November 18, 2023.
Teachers can enable anonymous grading for New Quizzes using the checkbox in the assignment options page. Student identities remain hidden during grading and are revealed once grades are posted.
Teachers can duplicate New Quizzes item banks. New Quizzes item banks are also listed in a new sortable table view.

In Emory’s Canvas system, we have enabled the New Quizzes tool in Spring 2024 courses at the time of their creation, and we will enable it in all courses in 2024.
