- Supported over 16,000 computer and email users, up 3500 from the year before (in 2012, OIT supported over 50,000 Exchange and Office 365 accounts)
- Developed the “World Wide Web Emory” (in 2012, Emory-hosted web sites averaged 7.6 million hits per day)
- Supported an electronic mail system that handled over 30,000 messages a day (in 2012, OIT delivered 250,000 emails per day)
