New KB article regarding lost or stolen devices

This week, LITS Enterprise Security published a new knowledge base (KB) regarding the procedure for reporting lost or stolen devices. Several folks have asked about how to do this recently and we created this article in response.

For anyone who might be having trouble viewing the article, make sure that you have logged into help.emory.edu first. If you already have an authenticated session with ServiceNow, the link below will take you straight there. If you don’t have an existing session, you’ll get an access error.

The simple three-step process will not only alert the proper authorities but will also help protect your data in a timelier manner.
