Next Steps

Thank you for deciding to participate in the MAPme survey. As the next step in the process, please complete the attached form below. The form includes the following required information regarding your course:
- Your name
- Your email address (we will use this to send the completion list after the due date)
- Institution (example – Emory University)
- Course ID (please ensure this matches the course ID that students will see) (PSYC 223 (3838)
- Due date for survey completion

Once the form is completed, we will send you a link to the survey. After the due date, we will provide you with a list of students who have completed the survey by your assigned deadline.

Please allow up to 1-2 weeks to receive the completion list.
