The MAPme Project engages, educates, and empowers college students about mental health and wellness through active participation in research. We are looking for campuses and professors who are willing to incorporate MAPme into their community and syllabi as an extra credit activity. MAPme provides its own survey and reporting platform, IRB approved, HIPPA compliant, and comes backed by a Certificate of Confidentiality to ensure student information remains secured and private. Assessments are accessible and brief and faculty receive completion reports to aid with grading. Notably, participating campuses and faculty retain access to de-identified summary information of surveyed classes, as well as access to the entire nationwide MAPme database.

The MAPme 2.0 survey covers the following areas:
  • Demographics: Family history, Race/Ethnicity, Sociodemographic
  • Psychopathology: Mood
  • Substance Use: Motives for alcohol, nicotine, cannabis
  • Personality: Big Five Inventory, UPPS
  • Health Behaviors: Sleep health questionnaire
  • Executive Functioning

If you would like to participate in the MAPme Project or have any questions, please email Hope Derricott.
