As noted in the October and February Research Administration Newsletters, for all awards ending after April 1, 2014 or later, the ARRT Tool is required for use by both RAS and Departmental Administrators. This is required to be forwarded to OGCA at 60 days following the end date of the award. The tool has been developed to simplify the final review and reconciliation process. The feedback from those who have used the tool has been very good. It is strongly recommended that all users attend training prior to use.
