The previous Lasergene server and IP address needed to be suddenly retired. But a new virtual server is up and running!
The easiest way to switch to the new server is to go to software express: http://it.emory.edu/software/ and download version 16 of Lasergene. Instead of entering the IP address please enter the hostname: whlaserwebprod1.cc.emory.edu.
If you do not wish to update immediately you can still use your current version of Lasergene by going to the License Manager and entering the new hostname to re-license on the new server.
