Researchers: Grant funding will be delayed for associated publications that are not-compliant with NIH’s Public Access Policy

As many are already aware, the NIH will begin delaying funding for non-competing continuation grant awards, if publications arising from these awards are not in compliance with the NIH Public Access Policy.  The Woodruff Health Sciences Center Library recently recieved access to the NIH Public Access Compliance Monitor database, a database that shows the compliance status for all NIH funded articles produced by Emory.

Check the status of publications yourself using My NCBI (click here for instuctions), or contact the Health Sciences Center Library through “Ask a Librarian” or Jeremy Kupsco, and we will check non-compliant publications, find which steps of submission have been completed, and answer any other questions.
