This summer Emory’s instance of Lynda.com transitioned to the LinkedIn Learning platform. In addition to the content available on Lynda.com, you will now have:
- Access to all LinkedIn Learning, including courses from popular certification programs
- Learning Paths – recommended courses for mastering certain skills
Users will also have the option of connecting their LinkedIn Learning activity to their personal LinkedIn profile (this is not required). This feature allows LinkedIn Learning to:
- Show completed courses on your public LinkedIn profile
- Recommend courses based on your experience and career goals
No user data will be passed from public LinkedIn profiles back to Emory. To start the process of setting up your LinkedIn Learning profile, please visit: http://it.emory.edu/linkedinlearning/
If you had a Lynda.com account, don’t worry! Lynda.com user information will not be lost. Once a user completes the LinkedIn Learning log in process, the following screen will appear.
