Registration is open for the Emory Center for Digital Scholarship’s Fall 2022 workshops, which start this week!
We have a great lineup of all-new classes, incorporating some topics based on feedback. Workshops will be held on Wednesdays from 1-2pm via Zoom and will also be recorded and available afterwards on our ECDS Workshops Canvas site for Emory students, faculty, and staff (enroll in the ECDS Canvas site here). You can also go back and watch over 30 previous workshops on topics like manipulating and visualizing data using popular tools like R, Python, and Tableau.
For course descriptions and to RSVP, visit the ECDS calendar. For questions about the workshops, email ecds [at] emory [dot] edu. This semester’s topics are:
October 5 – WordPress for the Classroom
October 12 – GIS in R, Part 1
October 19 – GIS in R, Part 2
October 26 – Database Design
November 2 – Choosing a Chart Type
Our first session is this week – come learn about using WordPress as a tool for building class project websites. We hope to see you there!
