ECDS is excited to announce the launch of the Imagining Democracy Lab website, designed and created by ECDS Digital Publication Specialist Dr. Bailey Betik.
According to the faculty primary investigators Dr. Carol Anderson and Dr. Bernard Fraga, “The Imagining Democracy Lab, generously funded by the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation, aims to combine academic and public scholarship with social justice activism. The lab collaborates with community organizations to open hands-on opportunities and real- world experiences for students taking the course at Emory University. The Imagining Democracy Lab website will serve to share updates on the activities of the students, offer consolidated information on community organizations, and host Freedom Dreams. Under the leadership of Dr. Carol Anderson and Dr. Bernard Fraga, the Imagining Democracy Lab hopes to flourish via our new website!
