Deloitte is recruiting a Research Assistant to participate in project management for a large and exciting project that brings together scientists from multiple breast cancer consortia to investigate the genetic architecture of breast cancer and improve risk prediction and prognosis of the disease.

The Strategy and Analytics Cross Consulting Group (CCG) is a cohort of client service practitioners who provide cross-functional, enterprise-level data analysis solutions needed to accomplish key policy objectives and make informed decisions. Our CCG practitioners develop advanced analytics products and apply data visualization and statistical programming tools to enterprise data to advance and enable mission outcomes. They also support all phases of analytic work product development, from the identification of key business questions through data collection and ETL and from performing analyses to delivery of insights to decision-makers.

Qualifications 

Required: 

  • Master’s degree required 
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • 4+ years experience with R Analytics and SAS
  • Research experience in healthcare
  • Travel up to 25% locally

Preferred:

  • 2 years industry or consulting experience preferred
  • Active security clearance preferred
