Marvin Bailey joined ClassTech as the newest academic technology specialist. Previously, he was a theology student at Emory. Marvin also worked as a teller at Wells Fargo for nearly two years.
Born and raised in Macon, GA, Marvin received his bachelor’s degree in business (with a concentration in marketing) from Clayton State University and his master’s degree of divinity from the Candler School of Theology at Emory, graduating last May.
Marvin was recently licensed and ordained at Ebenezer Baptist Church. He spends much of his free time doing church work.
“I love it here. Being able to learn new things and seeing how I can help my teammates be effective is exciting,” said Marvin. “Ensuring that Emory can continue its mission to provide a quality education to these students is very rewarding.”
