TODAY IS THE LAST DAY TO REGISTER for Colorful Choices, a six-week nutrition challenge that will help you put produce first. No calorie counting, no fat gram tabulating, no weighing or measuring. Just easy-to-remember daily selections of colorful produce.Track your fruits and veggies daily on the Colorful Choices mobile app.

The challenge runs March 27–May 7.

All Emory employees and retirees can participate.

Why should you do it?

A diet rich with fruits and vegetables is exceptionally healthy. Putting produce first can reduce your risk of obesity, heart disease, some cancers, diabetes, and hypertension while increasing energy.

What are the prizes?

Reach point milestones throughout the program and you will be entered into a drawing for gift cards and other prizes along the way.
