The Emory Libraries Fall Magazine was published before the holiday break and is now available online at web.library.emory.edu/documents/libraries-magazine/Libraries-Magazine_2018-Fall.pdf.
This issue’s theme is “Innovation,” and the magazine explores how the Emory Libraries applied technological and academic innovation in 2018. Among the initiatives covered are creating an oral history archive at Emory, a grant in support of Wikipedia in higher education, and how virtual reality can enhance the way we learn.
“Innovation is more than an aspiration at the Emory Libraries,” wrote University Librarian Yolanda Cooper in her foreword. “It’s a force that moves us to stretch our imaginations, create new opportunities, and embrace the unexpected.”
