Move More Challenge is still scheduled to begin Monday, March 23. This is a great opportunity to find ways to remain active, while relieving stress and strengthening your immune system. We have one more webinar on Friday, March 20 @ noon to discuss the challenge structure and answer questions. Please register here.
Walking on Wednesdays (virtual walking group): Starting on Wednesday, March 25, you will be encouraged to stay active by taking a talking a walk alone or with family. We will offer weekly themes to keep you engaged. Everyone who sends a picture of their walk on Wednesdays will receive 100 points weekly. “Attend” 5 of 7 walks and receive 1000 points towards your Healthy Emory Connect account. Note: If you registered previously for Meet Me @ Lullwater or the Tunnel, you do not need to register again.
National Walking Day: We encourage you to take a 30 minute walk on April 1, but there will no longer be scheduled group walks at Emory’s locations.
