- Lab Registration Investigators are being prompted to update their biological registrations in 2017. Things to remember:
- Complete the Lab Hazards Assessment
- Update your Members list, ensure that all job description for use of biological agents and chemical hazards are up to date
- Upload the Corrective Action Plan for the 2017 lab self-inspection
- Confirm spaces and equipment assigned are correct
- BIO Registration
- Review and update the BIO Summary
- Certify your registration
- CHEM Registration
- Complete the Chemical Hazardous Survey
- Certify your registration
- If you have a Chemical Safety approval, our office is uploading your information based on the NOI submitted most recently. Protocols due for BIO review also have the Chemical in Animals form available for review. Our goal is to synchronize the review of your BIO and CHEM protocols.
- Go to Manage Lab Forms
- Click on the Chemicals in Animals form and review and edit as needed
- On the VIEW tab, scroll to the bottom and click Certify
