Updated Lab Self-Inspection Form

The Laboratory Self-Inspection Form has been updated. Each lab is required to complete a self-inspection every 12 months and upload the Corrective Action Plan to BioRAFT. EHSO Research Safety will use the same form to conduct an inspection of each lab. The Laboratory Self-Inspection Cheat Sheet has also been updated.

The inspection process remains the same and can be reviewed on our website: http://ehso.emory.edu/research-safety/lab-inspection.html. Always download the most current version from the EHSO website.

If your lab has completed its self-inspection before July 2016, use the updated form when conducting the next self-inspection.

Starting in July 2017, EHSO Research Safety will use the updated form when conducting inspections.
