In an effort to explore the relationship between housing and health, the National Center for Health Statistics (NCHS) has linked administrative data from the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) with the National Health Interview Study (NHIS) as well as the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey(NHNES).
