All instructional sessions at WHSC Library are now scheduled in advance, using an interactive calendaring tool, available from the library website.
The self-service calendar enables anyone to sign up for a session, add this event to the personal calendar in Outlook or any other calendaring service of choice. If anything unexpected comes up, the calendar provides options to cancel or reschedule previously selected sessions. One useful option to consider is to opt for an automated reminder.
The Health Sciences Center Library offers a variety of instructional sessions, ranging from hands-on EndNote Basics and EndNote Web workshops to the Systematic Reviews Planning seminar; from Online Resources for Nursing Research and Practice demos to Creating a Personal Digital Library workshops.
Please, note that the library recently deployed two state of the art learning facilities – the electronic classroom and collaborative conference room. Both provide great environment for interactive teaching and learning.
