Emory Libraries launching preview of newly designed website home page

The Emory University Libraries has launched a preview of the new home page as part of the Libraries Web Redesign project. The long-term goal of the project is to bring all Emory University Libraries, locations, and services under one unified web presence in an effort to improve the user experience. The preview of the home page is located at https://preview.libraries.emory.edu. Users can preview the page and provide feedback on a form linked from the home page.

The Emory University Libraries Web Redesign project began in 2018 with an engagement with Viget – a design, engineering, and strategy firm who served as a digital partner and expert that provided a vision for a redesigned digital presence for the Emory University family of libraries.

The discovery and design phase included user research, information architecture, user experience design, and interaction and visual design. Development of the new website will continue through the Fall 2019 semester.
