This fall, the Outreach and Education Team partnered with the Pre-major Advising Connections at Emory (PACE) program to introduce freshmen to library resources and services. Freshmen were given an assignment that consisted of three tasks that included:
- Finding a New York Times article from the day that they were born
- Finding an article in the journal, Science
- Taking a photo of themselves with a reference librarian
More than 1300 students were enrolled in the PACE program this year. Savvy students could find tips for answering the PACE questions in our “Ask a Librarian” FAQs .
