The St. Louis Children’s Hospital’s comprehensive, two-year Administrative Fellowship program provides real-world exposure to all of the major areas of the organization to boost your business/operational and personal development.
The program is designed to prepare you for careers in health care management. You’ll receive a comprehensive look into the strategic as well as day-to-day roles and activities that support the operational needs of the hospital.

Candidates for the St. Louis Children’s Hospital Administrative Fellowship must meet these eligibility requirements:

  • Minimum grade point average: 3.25 on a 4.0 scale
  • Applicable Master’s degree such as: MHA, MHSA, MPH, MPA, or MBA
  • Must be a graduate by the time the fellowship position begins unless school program stipulates a residency/fellowship as a degree requirement.
