Prevention Integrator (Ready and Resilient), US Army Reserve Command

Duties

  • Monitor the implementation and evaluation of the Ready and Resilient Councils across United States Army Reserve (USAR) to integrate and synchronize USAR Prevention Programs’ efforts to improve readiness and resilience.
  • Provide analysis of integrated primary prevention activities in the functional areas to better inform staff principal’s identification of key policy and planning issues that impact the program effectiveness.
  • Conduct complex public health practice studies incorporating the Socio-ecological Model.
  • Provide guidance to personnel regarding the development and implementation of strategies designed to promote integrated primary prevention activities that enhance Soldier and community well-being.
  • Develop plans to facilitate the USARs integrated primary prevention initiative through the Ready and Resilient (community coalition) risk reduction process.
  • Synthesize data and research and translates the findings into policy and related guidance.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of Ready and Resilient processes, strategies, and programs.
  • Oversight of the Master Resilience Training program.
  • Develop strategic messaging and partners with entities to widely disseminate information, training strategies, and evaluation results.
  • Establish training courses in order to ensure a broader understanding of integrated primary prevention methods, techniques, and activities
