WMC is a busy tertiary care center, is home to a Level I Trauma Center, and is closely affiliated with New York Medical College. WMC began as a military hospital in 1917, then became a public hospital and recently transformed into the hub of the WMC Health Network, a group of 11 facilities in the Hudson Valley of New York State. WMC and its affiliates serve urban, suburban and rural areas and it is located 25 miles from New York City’s Central Park.

We are seeking a Statistician. The Statistician will conduct statistical analyses and partner with researchers from various departments. Experience and expertise will be valuable in these areas: research design & methods, statistics, preparing funding requests and publishing journal articles. Applicants should be fluent in statistical software packages, with proficiency in: regression modeling (including logistic, linear, Poisson, and Cox models); techniques for repeated measures; analysis of variance; hierarchical/mixed models; time series analysis; receiver operating curve analysis; and meta-analysis.
