GH 500 Course TAs

The GH500 course instructors are recruiting teaching assistants for Fall 2022.Course sections: 3 in-person sections of the course will be offered at the times below.

  • Wed 1–2:50 PM 
  • Thu 1–2:50 PM 
  • Fri 1–2:50 PM 

Overview of TA roles and responsibilities: Attend class session (mandatory), facilitate in-class discussions, grade assignments, respond to student queries, review and offer feedback on course materials, attend weekly team meetings, and provide Canvas support.

Qualifications: Experience working in or studying global health issues (mandatory), strong writing and critical thinking capability, excellent organization skills, and strong performance in GH500 or GH501.Expected time commitment: 10-15 hours weekly 

Compensation: $15/hr
