More Healthcare Market Research is Now at Your Fingertips

If you have used any of the GlobalData databases (e.g. Retail, Foodservice, Technology, GlobalData Disruptor), you already know what an excellent resource this is for market data and analysis, a resource well aligned with IMPACT client projects and more.  Well, two more databases – this time in the healthcare sector – have just been added: Medical Devices and Pharmaceuticals.

GlobalData Medical Devices – covers 16 therapeutic areas spanning the majority of medical device markets, including Anesthesia and Respiratory; Cardiovascular; Dental; Diabetes Care; Diagnostic Imaging; Drug Delivery; ENT; General Surgery; Healthcare IT; Hospital Supplies; In Vitro Diagnostics; Nephrology and Urology; Neurology; Ophthalmic; Orthopedic; and Wound Care.  This database tracks over 46,000 devices across 100 countries, including deals, over 25,000 pipeline products, and over 46,000 marketed products.  This resource has multiple applications for GBS projects, including going to market and monetizing new devices.

GlobalData Pharmaceuticals – contains sales data on over 50,000 pipeline drugs and 85,000 marketed drugs globally, including over 4,100 drugs analyst consensus sales and forecasts; a Regulatory Milestones Tracker provides  an interactive search for drug expires and review designations in the US, EU, and Japan; research coverage of 250,000+ trials (covering care and niche diseases), 400,000 clinical investigators globally, with enrollment data on more than 500 diseases and trial sites, and  in-depth disease analysis and forecasts on more than 120 disease markets. In addition, you will find expert analysis of disease populations, annualized forecasts of incident and/or prevalent cases with multiple parameters.
