Love this, Kristi! The “rhinoceros expert” is a great addition and I love how well you establish the newscast before the breaking news starts to come in–and tying the lead story of the snow storm back into the way the rhinoceros must have escaped was really smart. You do really well, too, establishing the authority for believability–first a student who had been to Africa, and then the expert witness. I’m wondering if you could work in another appeal? Maybe you could play up the surprise or shock of the witnesses in order to also make an emotional appeal?
Looking forward to hearing this.
