For any LITS managers or supervisors who were unable to attend the performance management training that took place in December, two make-up sessions will be offered next week.
As a reminder, for the FY2014 performance period (Sept 1, 2013 – Aug 30, 2014), schools and divisions across Emory will be implementing a new performance management system and tool. In order to familiarize our managers and supervisors with this new process, the LITS HR team has been holding training sessions. If you already attended a training session in December, facilitated by either the LITS HR team or the Emory Learning and Development department, you do not need to attend the upcoming sessions as we will repeat the same information shared in the December workshops. However, if you have not already attended this training, please make plans to attend one of the following make-up sessions:
Training Course: Performance Management Training: “New Competencies, New Perspective”
Target Audience: All Managers and Supervisors in LITS
Course Length: 90-120 minutes
Cost: There is no charge to the department for this training
Times and Locations Performance Management Training is Being Offered:
- Tuesday, February 11: 10am-12pm, 4th Floor Auditorium in North Decatur Bldg
- Thursday, February 13: 2pm-4pm, Electronic Classroom 314 on the 3rd floor of Woodruff Library
