The newest Supervisor in the Call Center, Victoria brings a wealth of experience in this role. Previously, she spent two years at the State Roadway and Tollway Authority as the Bilingual Supervisor for their call center. Victoria was also the Bilingual Supervisor for the Georgia Department of Human Services, Division of Family and Children Services (DFACS).
Victoria graduated from Manchester Community College in Manchester, CT with a degree in Psychology/Sociology.
Born in San Salvador, El Salvador, and raised in Miami, Victoria once dispatched an Otis Elevator mechanic in Atlanta…on Superbowl Weekend! He was very mad at being dispatched on such an important day, but called her back to apologize for getting upset. That mechanic eventually became her husband and she moved to Atlanta for good!
The mother of four very active children, Victoria loves to go hiking with her family.
