Jason Burns is the newest member of Identity Management. Prior to joining the team he spent two years doing identity management and network administration for Arris. Jason also spent five years doing network administration and engineering at Easy-Print.
Growing up in Austin, TX, it was an easy fit for Jason to attend the University of Texas, where he studied computer science. Jason currently holds the following certifications: Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Security+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) Server 2008, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) 2003.
Jason coaches youth football in the summers in the Gwinnett Football League and also enjoys shooting pool and building things at home. He is a BBQ enthusiast, entering several BBQ competitions each year. His specialties are ribs and chicken. He took second place once in the pulled-pork category.
“It’s an awesome opportunity to work with a new group of people,” said Jason. “Anne Marie Alexander is high-energy and very team-oriented. She makes us feel like a part of a family. The atmosphere of working with people who genuinely love what they do has been something I really enjoy at Emory.”
