Dr. Justine Welsh is a child/adolescent and adult addiction psychiatrist in Emory’s Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences and is founder and director of the Emory Healthcare Addiction Services. Dr. Welsh is the principal investigator on a current research grant funded by the National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) that focuses on service utilization of adolescents and young adults with opioid use disorder. She has also been the recipient of award and grant funding from the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and the National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences.
