- To grow well, to be healthy
- To do well, prosper
When dealing with both neonatal and pediatric patients, there are some basic tenants that must always be addressed:
- History of the patient, including birth and pregnancy history
- Household and environmental issues
- General medical and surgical history, including a genogram
- Family History
- Developmental differences
- Family and cultural influences
- Parental concerns
