Each Clinical Trial check received by OGCA is applied to the award and the budget for the appropriate project is increased. To find this and the cumulative amount of all checks received, follow this navigation:

Grants > Awards > Project Budgets

After inputting the project number, the resulting screen will show your total budget. For Clinical Trials, the total budget represents all checks received to date. To get the list of the individual budget entries (one direct and one indirect entry for each check) go to the General tab which lists each entry. Additionally, the Project Detail tab will provide the date of the entry plus other detail information. These two tabs can be customized to one tab and include only the information you require. Just click on the Customize tab.

You can also find a list of all checks deposited by running the query: EU_GM_CASH_FOR_A_CONTRACT. This gives all checks received since 9/1/09. checks received prior to 9/1/09 must be located in FAS.
