Contract Attachment in Compass is Available

The contract attachment functionality in Compass is now available. With this functionality the Office of Grants and Contracts central users can save signed invoices and Federal Financial Reports (FFR’s) and campus users will have access to view the documents after they are saved without editing or deleting the attachments.  All Invoices and FFR’s due on or after July 1st, 2012 will be uploaded to contracts in Compass.  To view the attachments use the steps that follow.

NAVIGATION:

  • Log into Compass
  • Click Grants
  • Click Awards
  • Click View Contract Attachments
  • Hold down the “CTRL” key and click on the icon to open the file
