New improvements for the EaglePrint student printing service

We have been hard at work over the summer to improve your printing experience! In response to complaints about various aspects of EaglePrint, we are changing the backend software.

As of July 31, we began using the new PaperCut print management system in place of Pharos. This upgrade will bring enhanced functionality, improved stability, and a more seamless printing process. Some of the changes include:

This change requires action on your part. You need to uninstall the old EaglePrint client and install the new one by following the instructions in the linked article.
