An ideal resource for Grady patients who you are worried about and want to expedite access to outpatient care. You can also message them via your epic inbox after hours.

How to get a Grady Card: Big thanks to Gina Porter and Ben Lefkove for making this awesome video on the steps to obtaining a Grady card. can be scheduled with financial services at (404)616-5800.  Patients should bring:1)Personal Identification (driver’s license, State of Georgia identification card, etc. 2)Proof of Residency (lease contract, utility bills, rent receipt, food stamps, voter registration card, etc.) 3)Proof of Income (current pay check stub, Social Security Administration letter, unemployment claim, etc.) 4)Proof of Number of Dependents (most recent tax return, dependents’ birth certificates, etc.)
  3. Cheaper RXs for patients: allows you to find local prescription costs in your zip code and print coupons for patients to reduce the cost.
