Position Context: This position primarily exists to serve as a senior advisor and consultant with primary responsibility for overseeing the evaluation of all primary prevention activities by performing studies and analysis on behalf of the U.S. Army Reserve. This includes but is not limited to planning for, coordinating, executing, evaluating, and monitoring a wide range of program evaluations (e.g., development of effective data collection, monitoring & evaluating, coordination with stakeholders, briefing data, and development & oversight of reporting systems).
