Summer Strategy Associate (Consultant) in Government and Public Services, Deloitte

As a Summer Associate, you will be an integral member of a client service team, collaborating with diverse and talented team members to help solve multidimensional problems, improve performance, and generate value for our clients. You can capitalize on Deloitte’s cross-industry presence to find your niche and build your individual brand within the organization. As a dynamic, strategic thinker who understands the big picture, you will work directly with clients to help them make decisions and implement enhancements to their organizations’ productivity, performance, and strategic priorities. This person should have strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to solve complex problems and communicate findings.

The team recognizes that you have unique skills, experiences, and interests, so they divide the broad scope of the Summer Associate role into skills-based profiles in order to best align each candidate with a focus area. 

Required Qualifications

  • Current enrollment in a full-time academic program with a target graduation date by August 2026 or a Master’s Degree in these or related areas of study:
    • MBA, MPP, MPA, MPH
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or at any time in the future
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance
  • Strong academic track record (3.3 cumulative GPA required, 3.5 cumulative GPA preferred).
  • Two or more years’ fulltime work experience
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve 
  • Must be at least 18 years of age at time of employment
  • Must live within a commutable distance to your assigned office (e.g. 100-mile radius) with the ability to commute daily, if required, upon start date

This internship is based in Atlanta, GA and will take place during Summer 2025.
