According to Josh Kriner, “I come from a long line of customer service, so it’s been a perfect fit.”

Late last year, Josh Kriner joined the Messaging Team as a Messaging Admin I. Before coming to Emory, Josh was a help desk administrator for two years for Manhattan Associates. Before that, he worked for five years as a developer, technician, and escalation lead for a company called Wireless Generation.

Born and raised in Powder Springs, GA, Josh lived in St. Simons for nine years before returning to Atlanta. “My entire immediate family is here.”

A graduate of Glynn Academy in St. Simons (the Red Terrors), Josh has spent almost eighteen years developing his ability to be a workplace problem solver.

As a hobby, Josh rebuilds things, including cars, motorcycles and bicycles. “Pretty much anything with an engine, I work on,” said Josh. He also does cabinetry.

Regarding his work on Jay Flanagan’s team, “I love the team, it’s just phenomenal. I get along with everybody. I come from a long line of customer service, so it’s been a perfect fit.”
