LITS will be hosting an ITIL Foundations training class, presented by Pink Elephant,  February 5-7, 2018. The Foundations course provides an introduction to the ITIL framework and many of the IT Service Management processes in use at Emory.

This 3-day onsite class includes the ITIL Foundations certification exam on the final day. The cost of the three day class is $725/person, which represents a 2/3 discount over the cost of an instructor-led class, without the hassle and additional cost of travel and lodging.
