K, F, T and D Programs Moving to New Forms

NIH has issued a reminder that the following application types will transition to the updated electronic application forms packages (FORMS C). Applicants submitting to the following programs for deadlines on or after January 25, 2014 must download and use the new version of the application packages:

  • Individual National Research Service Awards (Fs)
  • Individual Research Career Development Award Programs (Ks)
  • Institutional Training and Career Development  Programs (Ts) and Other Training Grants (Ds)

If creating a new application in Cayuse, the most current version of the application forms kit should pick up. If you have already started an application or are copying a prior application for current use, you may convert it to the current kit by using the TRANSFORM feature in Cayuse. The system will ask you to identify the FOA to which you wish to TRANSFORM the application and you may TRANSFORM the application to a new FOA or back to the original FOA. During the TRANSFORM function, the most recent kit will be utilized. For questions on this feature, please contact your OSP analyst.
