Epidemiology Summer Internship, Marshfield Clinic Research Institute

The Marshfield Clinic Research Institute in Wisconsin is seeking summer interns for their annual Epi internship program. There are several epidemiology positions available for summer 2020.

Internship Details 

  • A mentored, hands-on research experience working with an Epidemiologist on an analytic project
  • The student’s role in the project may include conducting literature reviews, contributing to study design, collecting and analyzing data, and preparing a manuscript
  • Students will prepare an abstract describing their research and present orally at the annual Research Symposium
  • Opportunity to be involved with other epidemiology projects including the US Flu Network, Vaccine Safety Datalink, Marshfield Epidemiologic Study Area, and the Health Care Systems Research Network
  • Student project may serve as a capstone project or thesis
