How do I add a consultant or collaborator to my proposal?

Go to the Key Personnel section (this can also be done in the People Section).  Click on the pencil to open the search box.  Search by “Collaborator” or “Consultant” (see screenshot below).  This will pull up 4 dummy profiles.  Since these profiles were designed as a workaround, you will need to choose one and update the template information to the correct information for your consultant.
