The current “active” period for effort certification is the Mar. 1 – Aug. 31, 2016 period. The due date for completing these forms was Nov. 30, 2016. We still have several hundred effort forms pending pre-review and pending certification which must be completed as soon as possible. If there is an effort form in your queue to be pre-reviewed or certified, you will receive an automated e-mail every Wednesday from our Effort Reporting System (ERS). The sender will be: ERS Central Administrator (EFFORT@LISTSERV.CC.EMORY.EDU) and the subject will be: Delinquent Effort Form. This is a legitimate e-mail that implies there is action needed on your part….it is NOT SPAM.
The next period for effort certification will cover Sept. 1, 2016 – Feb. 28, 2017. These forms will be released in early to mid-march.
