Please join us in welcoming Inger Jackson Garnett to the ORA family. As of July 1st, Inger is the Director of Strategic Operations for the newly formed ORA Dragon Team. In this role, she will recruit & train a team of 3 staff focused on process improvement opportunities across all offices in ORA.
Inger brings a diverse background to her new role. Most recently, she served as Director, Medical Policy Operations at Cotiviti Corporation in Atlanta, GA. In this role Inger was responsible for the overall management and leadership of the end-to-end process for implementations, policy analysis, configuration, auditing, testing, and UAT in a centralized environment. She also held positions at the American Cancer Society, McKesson, DeKalb Medical Center, and the US Naval Medical Center.
Inger received her BA in Psychology from Spelman College in Atlanta, GA and her MS in Public Health from Meharry Medical College in Nashville, TN. She also served in the US Navy.
