Last year, the hazard assessment included with EHSO Chemicals in Animals approval letters was updated. For those administering Level 3 Agents, as indicated by your approval letter and hazard assessment, the hazard assessment will include a hazard sign on the last page of your approval. This sign will need to be printed in color and posted on the animal room door, cage rack, and animal cages in the DAR. 

The hazard assessment included in Yerkes protocol approval letters remains unchanged.
